Exhibition on World Photography Day
An Exhibition-cum-contest, was organized on the World Photography Day, 19th August 2021 at Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala. The event was based on four themes: ‘Reflective Photography’, ‘Heritage Photography’, ’Flower Photography’ and ‘Creative Photography’. Twenty students from various departments took part in the competition and demonstrated their creativity. Prof. Shailendra Sidhu, Prof. Ved Prakash Sharma and Dr. Ajit Kumar were the judges on the occasion. The jury admired the artistic and creative photographs displayed in the exhibition.
The first place was bagged by Iqbal Singh of MSc(IT) Lateral Entry and the second place grabbed by Harshul Garg B.Com(H)-3rd and third place by Kunal Rawat M.Com-1st & Kuldeep Bansal BA-2nd.
Principal, Dr Khushvinder Kumar appreciated the students for participation in the competition and congratulated the winners. Dr. Sukhdev Singh, incharge Photography Club expressed gratitude towards the Principal and jury.
